Sheet Metal Containers

Sheet metal containers are designed for short- and long-term storage of goods. We provide tailored solutions for bulk materials and industrial needs, adapting to your specific requirements. Our containers for bulk materials, whether dry or liquid, can be lifted by cranes, rotated by forklifts, and stacked, making them ideal for long-term internal use and transportation.  

We also offer sheet metal containers for the storage of industrial materials, tools, and large components.

Stacking and Base Plates

Stacking and base plates stabilize the storage and transportation of pipe pallets, long goods pallets, stacking racks, wire mesh frames, and load carriers.  

When used as base plates, they provide stable support for transport and storage racks, ensuring secure storage and reducing the risk of workplace accidents and related injuries.  

When used as stacking plates, they allow you to safely and conveniently stack your racks. This minimizes the risk of toppling during storage and transport, while saving space and reducing storage costs. We offer stacking and base plates in various models and can develop and manufacture custom versions to meet your specific needs.

Wire Mesh Boxes

Wire mesh boxes are used for storing small parts and heavy goods in all industries. They are robust and cost-effective. We offer wire mesh boxes in various designs. Collapsible boxes simplify usage, while foldable boxes are space-saving during storage. Additionally, wire mesh boxes can be customized to meet specific needs, with options for wooden or metal floors, tarps, and document pouches as per the customer’s request.

Long Goods Racks 

Long goods racks provide optimal storage for long and heavy items. These racks vary in size and load capacity according to specific needs. Long goods such as rods, plastic and metal pipes, aluminum profiles, industrial carpets, and flagpoles can be stored and transported easily and space-efficiently in these racks.

Steel Flat Pallets  

Compared to traditional wooden pallets, steel flat pallets are more robust, durable, and can be customized to meet your specific requirements. We offer a variety of flooring options, including wooden, corrugated, and sheet metal floors in different thicknesses. These pallets are ideal for storing very heavy products with ease.

Laser Cutting 

Laser cutting allows us to produce complex parts with precision and high cutting quality. We process both flat and three-dimensional geometries with micrometer accuracy. We use our equipment for internal purposes and offer laser cutting as a service to external customers as well.

Bending

Bending is one of our key processes in sheet metal processing. With this method, we can bend sheets of all standard formats according to your specifications. Our machinery can handle thicker, smaller, and larger parts, shaping them as needed.

Stamping and Pressing 

Our machine park includes eccentric presses up to 80 tons and hydraulic presses up to 40 tons, enabling us to manufacture sheet metal parts from various metals according to your specifications. Our tool manufacturing partners are specialists in their field, offering a wealth of experience, variety, and quality.

Welding Services

We are a reliable partner for welding services, from individual pieces to large-scale production. Whether it’s your custom design or large components, as well as entire assemblies, we handle welding internally. We also provide technical consultations for your projects.
